ドアを閉めるの「閉める」はcloseですが、この他にも閉めるという単語はあります。
それはslam。
この場合、単に閉めるのではなくバタン、とかドンと閉める動作を言います。
誰かが車のドアをバンっと閉めたら
Don't slam the door, please.
ドアをそんなにバンっと閉めないで。
と言ったりできます。
